Property Leader in Glasgow with Glasgow

The Health and Social Care Partnership is recruiting a Team Leader for our Property and Revenue Team. The Property and Revenue Team has a critical function in ensuring a revenue stream to the Homelessness Service. The successful candidate will support the effective operation of the Property and Revenue Team in ensuring service users are supporting to maintain rent payments to the Council. You will ensure that the team is able to respond to the competing demands from across the homelessness service in relation to revenue management. Working with a variety of agencies is essential as well as making decisions on all aspects of income maximisation and arrears management. Working knowledge of the homeless legislation and statutory guidance on homelessness is desirable as is awareness of the complex needs of service users. Good working knowledge of Excel is also essential.

This post is temporary for a period up to 12 months.
