Payroll Administrator *temporary contract in Agen – Exeter with Sitel

The Role

We have an amazing chance for you to join our exceptionally welcoming and proactive Payroll Hub at Sitel, in Exeter. The role is full time hours, over 5 days (37.5). This is an excellent opportunity to build a foundation for your career in HR. This is also a temporary contract. We do expect potential candidates to be fully flexible Mon-Sun.

Your Responsibilities

· Reporting to the HR Manager and providing support for several of Sitel’s UK sites

· Processing payroll information onto multiple IT systems

· Dealing with queries and resolving issues

· Liaising with stakeholders across the business

· Speaking with external contacts

· Working in a fast paced environment and dealing with tight deadlines

· Dealing with large volumes of data and also in depth cases

· Supporting the Payroll Administration Lead in providing a professional, reliable and efficient service
