HR Advisor Business Partner in Oxfordshire with Hays

An interim remote working opportunity for a HR professional with Social Care experience.

Your new company

You will be supporting the HR function of social care provider who are supporting vulnerable adults across the UK during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Your new role

Due to the additional pressure and resourcing needs put upon the function during the crisis, the need has arisen for a temporary HR professional to come on board and support the team with both operational and strategic tasks. There is a high volume of employee relations matters which need working through, managers needing more support than usual on how to handle queries from their staff, as well as looking at resourcing needs/bank staff management. Subject to previous experience, you may also be required to support the HR Business Partner with a range of strategic projects which they still intend to move forward with.

What you’ll need to succeed

As you will be remote working and on boarded to the business remotely, its essential that you have previously worked within the Social Care sector. There are lots of additional policies and procedures in place to ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards which will make remote working and on boarding very challenging for your new team if lots of additional training and support is required to get you up to speed.

What you’ll get in return

Given the organisation do not plan to be fully back in the office for a while yet, its likely that you will be able to work remotely from home for the duration of this temporary role. However, you must be willing to travel to Oxfordshire (when safe to do so) if you are still in this temporary role as offices begin to open again.
