How Staffing Agency Work

Direct Hire Services

Most companies need to hire new staff at some time or another. They may choose to do the recruitment in-house, but the most convenient way of doing it is to outsource recruitment to an agency.

Agency involvement

When the decision has been made to outsource the recruitment function, the agency will negotiate a contract with the client demarcating the boundaries that the agency will work in, as well as the fees that the client will pay the agency for the service.

Recruitment Procedure

Once the contract has been signed with the client, we will accept instructions on positions that are available in the organisation. Then our consultant will search our database for suitable candidates. Should the consultant fail to find anybody suitable, s/he will then advertise in local newspapers, magazines and job sites on the internet.

All potential candidates are interviewed before a shortlist of a maximum of five candidates is given to the client. The client will then choose which candidates s/he would like to interview and the agency will set up the necessary appointments. Once the client has made their selection, the agency will assist with the employment negotiations and finalise the placement.


Our agency offers a three month free replacement guarantee. In the unlikely event that a suitable replacement cannot be found, the client will receive a full refund and free recruitment services to try and find yet another replacement. This includes headhunting where necessary.
