The Arrears & Investigations Team is a dynamic team made up of ‘specialist’ Officers.

We are looking for an experienced housing professional to join the team of officers managing our Temporary Accommodation Service.

The role is varied and includes void management, lettings, property management, landlord liaison, evictions and working with colleagues to manage rent arrears, repairs and provide ‘move on’ accommodation.

We are looking for a confident individual who can use their own initiative and are happy to work on their own at times delivering a holistic TA service. You will need to be a good communicator with the ability to think on your feet and deliver clear messages.
This is a demanding role but rewarding if you would like to contribute positively in what can be a very negative situation.
You will need a full drivers licence with the daily use of a car. You will also need to be IT literate with good time management and organisational skills.
